The personal data you submit to us will be shared with the organiser of the Event or Competition that your Event entry relates to for the purpose of administering your event/competition entry. The Event Organiser may contact you directly to confirm the event/competition arrangements. The Event Organiser will also have access to age and gender data taken from your membership record which is required for the purposes of ensuring you are eligible to enter the Event/competition in question. Your data will not otherwise be shared by British Canoeing with any external third parties except where this is required under law.
